Fall Retreat

Our fall retreat is all about encountering the Lord in a new way through the sacraments of the Church. If you’ve only ever been on a confirmation retreat or youth ministry retreat, get ready for something different. This student-led, Eucharist-centered retreat welcomes over 165 college students who all want to be there to grow in their faith. We have small groups, talks, witnesses, and a whole lot of fun. You don’t want to miss it.

  • Retreat is a time set apart to seek God and grow in spiritual and personal maturity. As such, we aim to 'dress the part' during our times of prayer, teaching, and liturgy. We're asking that you wear "nice" clothes (smart casual) for retreat. Still bring some athletic clothing and swimwear for free time Saturday afternoon.

All the things you need for a weekend away from home:

    • nice clothes (smart casual)

    • athletic clothing & modest swimwear for free time

    • an outfit for Sunday Mass

    • comfortable shoes

    • sheets, blankets and/or sleeping bag

    • pillow

    • towel

    • personal toiletries

    • bug spray

    • flashlight

    • rain jacket/umbrella (be prepared for rain)

    • a Bible and any other prayer aid

    • Please do not bring laptops, tablets, or homework.

  • Most of our retreats have a general schedule of talks, witnesses, small groups, and free time. Fall Retreat has this and more! The Fall Retreat focuses on a first or a deeper encounter with the Lord. How else do we do this but through the sacraments? We have Mass each day, ample time to go to Confession, and opportunities for Adoration. If you're not Catholic or it's been a while, don't fret-- we're pretty good at explaining why and what we're doing at each point! Praying in small groups on Saturday night and the Eucharistic Procession we have on Sunday morning are both particularly blessed. Time and time again, students say those moments were powerful for deepening their faith.
